Energy guidance/analysis sessions will not be conducted for anyone other than the client, nor for anyone under the age of 18. Please note that any incorrect information provided by the client will result in inappropriate responses.

Concerned about everyone's well-being, we recommend leaving a minimum of two months between each guidance session and analysis . This gives you time to receive and integrate the information shared and allows your energy to accommodate any potential changes. Conducting a guidance/analysis without allowing space for energy flow can disrupt it and lead to completely contradictory information, regardless of who is being consulted. Give yourself time.

Therefore, Douceur Cristalline reserves the right to cancel consultations and analyses scheduled too close together. As mentioned in the Terms and Conditions and Return Policy , in exceptional circumstances, cancellation will result in a refund to the original payment method.

Please note: under the conditions mentioned in the Return Policy and in the General Terms and Conditions , guidance sessions, energy readings and specific questions are not eligible for refunds or the right of withdrawal .
